Beau Perry is an independent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of Washington. He has worked in healthcare since 2000 and loves helping people. After obtaining a BSN from the University of Utah in 2003, Beau worked in the surgical intensive care unit, caring for a wide range of patients. In 2007, he completed an MSN at the University of Pittsburgh, which is consistently ranked in the top nurse anesthesia programs in the nation. After anesthesia training, Beau relocated to the eastern part of Pennsylvania, where he provided anesthesia services in a hospital setting for nine years. As chief CRNA, he was responsible for the clinical management of other CRNAs. In this role he also developed quality improvement metrics for the anesthesia department and patient safety, and he learned the importance of placing people before procedures.
Beau has extensive experience in administering anesthesia to patients receiving surgery for complicated open heart procedures and neurotrauma, along with major vascular, pediatric, orthopedic, gynecological, and routine surgical procedures. He also has vast experience in performing regional blockade anesthesia for acute surgical pain and for labor and delivery patients. Since relocating to Washington in 2016, Beau has enjoyed working in hospitals, surgical centers, and pediatric dental offices.
Beau is excited to work with Dr. Stacey and her team at Walla Walla Pediatric Dentistry. With over 10 years of experience in providing anesthesia for pediatric dental procedures, his goal has always been to deliver safe and efficient anesthesia. He takes the time to discuss individual anesthesia plans with parents and helps the children feel more at ease by relating with them on their level.
